PAYMENTS Payments
can me made with credit card, cheque or direct debit. The Ezidebit form
found here
must be filled out, signed and posted to our office within 7 days from
your connection otherwise disconnection may occur. SIGNUP TERMS
Monthly plans - Upon signup you are charged a pro-rata amount to the end
of the month (ie: the amount owing on the plan to the end of the month),
then monthly in advance, payable on the 5th of every month.
Block Hours, 3/6/12 monthly accounts - Billed on your aniversary date
(ie: you join on the 25th of the month, you are billed again on the 25th
when your term finishes. CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNTS or CHANGES IN PLAN
Cancellation or plan changes must be made by email, fax or letter BEFORE
