This cookbook has been born out of necessity. I have two children, one is wheat and sugar intolerant, the other is gluten and sugar intolerant.

As both children are of school age they really felt different when their school lunches didn't contain some yummy cake or biscuit.

Through trial and error I have learnt to convert recipes and make my own creations that are gluten and sugar free.

These recipes are easy to follow with clear instructions so even the most 'amateur' of cooks can create something delicious and healthy.

CONVERTING YOUR EATING PLAN

I remember when I first decided to take wheat out of the families' diet. I was overwhelmed and scared. Everything we ate contained wheat, how on earth was I going to remove everything we ate and replace it???

We then chose to eliminate sugar from the diet. If I thought removing wheat was a scary idea, I was wrong - sugar is in EVERYTHING (or so it felt like).

But with time and patience I managed to eliminate both sugar and wheat from the diet. It then became apparent that our daughter was gluten intolerant, by this time I was a 'pro' at elimination and removing gluten from the diet was easy!!

Now, I've been there, I've done that and now I would like to help you to do the same.

The process of eliminating wheat or sugar or gluten from your diet need not be a hard or scary one.

I will support you and teach you how to remove wheat/sugar/gluten from your diet. I will discuss with you on a one-to-one basis on how you can change your diet to suit yourself and your family. I think Sue has done a great job creating this Cook Book for Wheat Free and Sugar Free products.
